One trick for ProShot that I want to highlight is the shortcut tool. It's really helpful for navigating the UI and making quick selections. You can see it demonstrated here @2:35:
You can also double-tap items to select them and close their respective menus (this applies to Camera Modes (Auto, P, M, etc), Drive Modes (Normal, Burst, etc), as well as most of the settings in the right menu (like filter, ISO, WB, etc). ProShot is all about getting at your settings as quickly as possible!
