Problem accessing PDF files

How can I transfer PDF files that I download from my e-mails to PC? Or if I want to send it through e-mail, how can i access it? I know the PDF file is in my phone and i can open it through PDF reader, but I want to send it to my PC via data cable. How can i do it?
