problem - docs won't open - says unknown reason

For a while now I cannot open any attached doc (WORD, PDF etc) sent to my e-mail, keeps on saying this is for an "unknown reason"

Any ideas?

Restart your phone and then try again.

Thank you, I already did but the problem remains

maybe the file is corrupted. You can also try cleaning your temp files and also deleting all your documents from phone (copy to a computer) and then restore also clean up all the recently viewed files that might help
