Problem getting cortana installed on my lumi 1520

Hi all,
I am from India trying to install Cortana for my Nokia 1520 consist of windows 8.1.I had gone through the steps which are given to install Cortana alpha for India. As per the steps, I did all the necessary changes to my settings but after doing that, I am still getting bing page when i click on search button.
I had previously installed cortana for United States by changing my region to United States and other changes in setting.The attempt was successfull and i recieved cortana on my phone which totally worked fine. Now,can anyone please revise me the steps for cortana india if i am still missing some. Please,

Hi, Thanks for the help. but actually i am looking for a diffrent solution

The situation is I have Cortana for US i.e beta version in my phone which i want to change to Cortana for India(alpha) version
When i change the setting for language,region,speech, Cortana Beta is removed and I am not getting Cortana alpha version. So, how to get that?
