Problem installing internet explorer later to IE9

I've been trying to install IE11 for a long time, but with no success. I've contacted Microsoft online forums and tried their solution. They suggested to switch off every other program, disable firewall/antivirus, etc.

But when none of it worked, I decided to first install IE10 and then move to IE11. But it does similar nuisance. After installation bar is full, it says install successful and opens up IE9 again.
Please help.
