Problem loading apps

Hi

I don't really know what is happening with my Lumia 520. It is responding so slow that I can walk a mile before apps like whatsapp/twitter would open. I have restricted almost all the background apps. still it continues to be sluggish. Also I have 800 MB approx. in others, is there a way to see or clear what actually is there in that folder? :eck:

you can not see other files , it only contains cache files , and some files that are requires by OS and applications
try doing a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button until your phone vibrates and restarts itself

no it will not show anything like RESTART. u have to keep the volume and lock key both pressed togehther for 30sec or more . it will automatically restart.

and to perform a reset:
In the App list, tap Settings Settings tile.

Tap About, then tap Reset your phone.

You'll receive two warnings. If you're absolutely sure you want to restore your phone to its factory settings, tap Yes, then tap Yes again.

It might take a little while for the process to complete.

Remove the apps, and do a soft reset (hold power and volume down keys for 15 seconds - the phone will turn off and vibrate). Reinstall the apps and see if it works properly. If this doesn't work, you will have to do a hard reset. And if even that doesn't work, you should get your device checked at a Nokia Care.
