Problem Receiving Calls

This behavior started with the previous update and continues with this one: Flipping up the lock screen to answer a call terminates the call, and brings up a screen asking if I want to send a text message instead. As can be imagined this is driving me crazy. I'm on the production build and expected a more stable experience. I've done the battery pull to no avail but has not yet attempted a hard reset: A hard reset will be a massive pita. The device is the 640 LTE. Any suggestions, short of hard reset, will be appreciated
