Problem updating Lumia 620 to amber

Hi, I few days ago I bought a Lumia 620 that was not updated to amber or black, when i go to setting and phone update and check update, say your phone is up to date, please help, how i can update my phone?

Find NSU /Nokia Software Updater for Retail ( sorry I don't have the link but it's posted "somewhere") and see if connecting to it you can update to Amber or Black
