Problem with Battery Saver after 8.1 update

Hi, I installed the Denim update today and have a refresh problem with the battery saver app. I can get into the battery saver app fine, but if I look at usage and try to scroll my screens goes blank where the apps should be displayed. Thanks Bob

I am not able to uninstall the battery saver application. Nor am I able to force an install from the store. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks -Bob

Set your date+time to year greater than 2150 and go back to settings..tap the battery saver it will say app is expired and click uninstall... That's it

I did get the message to uninstall but when I clicked on it nothing happened. Thanks Bob
