Problem with GDR3 update

Hello,
I have a lumia 920 and updated to GDR3 using developer preview, and a few weeks after my camera flash stoped working but only for the camera or Nokia camera App (it worked as flaslight). So I did a soft reset and still not working. The I decided to do a hard reset and it gave me even more troubles. Flash camera still not working, cant find glance setting, cant find "tap to wake" setting.

Any ideas what could have gone wrong?

You need to download glance etc after reset. Go to

Hopefully someone can help with flash problem.
