Problem with install local apps

Before WP 8.1 GDR 1 update all was fine,i can locate all of my backup apps in install local app section of store. But after OS update all but 4 backup apps were lost. I tried some tweaks like copying those files again in SD card, created new folder etc. etc. but no help. So , i deleted those 4 apps which are still shown in install local apps. After performing this task one new app is included in the list of install local apps. Then I deleted one backup app which is outdated,now 5 backup apps are listed in install local apps. My other backup apps which are not listed are outdated. But previously all backup apps(dated/outdated)were listed in install apps. Anybodyfacing same problem? Is there any workaround?
