Problem with L820

Hello everyone. I have a specific problem with my phone.
Yesterday, I have noticed that when I use some camera app (any) and when I click to take a picture (with both touch and phisical focus) it want to take a picture and sudenlly it crashes and exit from the app. I have done hard reset but it's still the same. I enter the application, click to take a picture and it crash.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Can you take a picture without using any camera app? Just pushing the camera button.

I hate to say it; but if you have tried a hard reset and that did not solve the problem you probably have a mechanical problem and may have to let Nokia replace the phone if its still in warranty.
