Problem with my music app

I am getting an Activation Problem while downloading Songs from My Music .
It says that : THIS DEVICE IS ALREADY SUBSCRIBED WITH UNLIMITED SUBSCRIPTION !!!!
and then it gives an option to click OK .
What could be the possible issue ?
I bought it sep2013

I would give it a little time then try again. I have experienced this when the store is having issues.

I reset the phone but its not done with reset yet . How long does it take to reset the Lumia 625 ??
i did reset the device last night around 1230 but since then its not turning ON . What could be the possible reason ?

if you are unable to boot just do a soft reset as it is Press Vol dwn +lock button Together n hold until it vibrates
