Problem with Videos on my lumia-weird colors?

hey, problem stated about a week ago, I though it was the Win-10 Preview but I reflash it to Denim and problem still as was.
no matter what kind of video or even moving images like "living images" showed up in weird colors, slow, and can see pixels... it's kind of hard to explain
I took some screenshots. when filming video everything looks good, when it saved it get weird.
videos on YouTube looks bad..
when I see the vids in my pc they also look like that.
I took a screenshot while filming (my keyboard..) you can see that everything looks as it should (except for the dust )

Can someone tell me who can help me with this? I tried Microsoft insider forum but they didn't really helped me.. I'm lost!

Have you tried doing a hard reset, by holding the volume down+power/lock button until you feel a vibration and see the Nokia logo appear

Hey, yes, I did. I did even flash others roms (4 types) nothing help! I'm realm lost and can't get help anywhere...

You should perhaps send it in for warranty repair

problem is, I bought it in Budapest, hungary
i'm from Israel, I don't have problem to sent it over but cant find no one to talk with :-(
