Problem with volume controls while using head phone

i plug in my headphone and listen to radio on loudspeaker but having a bit low volume but when i get a call i cant hear it because my volume is pretty low .
there is no option for ringer volume when using headphones for fm radio on speaker shouldn't there be one????

I think there is an app that you can pin to the start screen and adjust it here if you are on headphones : ]
