Problem with XE currency app

The live tile of the app stopped updating a couple of days ago. It just shows a clear tile on the start screen now. Happens on both my lumia 1020 as well as on my dad's lumia 640.
Mailed them, and was advised to open the app and refresh the rates which didn't help. Also deleted the app and re-installed it which didn't help either.
Anyone else having the same issue?

Got in touch with them again, and they're working on a fix... An update should be available in a couple of days...
