Problems with anniversary update for windows 10

Startmenu and other window buttons do not open
PDF and Jpeg files do not open
Cannot run RPC

check if you have the latest version or OS build under settings>system>about the latest OS build is 14393.351 .If not , check for updates under settings>update&security>Windows update manually.

Also you may need to reinstall apps from store which you had prior to anniversary update.
