Problems with hello friends

Love the app but have 2 problems that forced me to delete:

1. Doesn't update!
2. Major battery drain. Anyone else experience this?

Hi!
Have you already used the feedback option that comes with the app? We are currently working on the issue that the app doesn't update the lock screen under certain circumstances. There will be a major update coming these days.

installed that app yesterday and I also seem to get more drain...
Day before I did nearly 24 hours with my charge
now I'm worried I won't get past 13/14 hours
(did you the phone a bit more than with the previous charge too to be fair... but still)

and I only have the lock screen set to refresh every 24 hours...

so the drain is not occuring any more
but the screen is not updated. after 2 days my battery status is not updated and in the background running apps all of a sudden hello friends is not allowed to run in background anymore. and I did not change that setting... it happened by itself...

I think I can only have it to update by re-launching the setup within the app
so kinda annoying.
i've reverted back to bing image as my lockscreen
