Problems with media player..

Hello I have a strange problem...
I have this Nokia Lumia 520.. and is something strange going on.. I copied some music on my sd card.. however.. on the track list not all the songs appear.. Few of them are missing.
I tried editing id tags.. everything.. no way! The strange thing is when you play some music and you keep hitting next, the songs that are missing from the artist list (track list etc.. ) can be listened.. and the title is showing up there.. but why the hell is not showing up in the artist list?.. (or album list, or song list?)
This is so annoying I tried everything! Any ideas? Does anybody else have the same problem?
I even deleted all the files and copied once again.. Not a chance mate. not a chance!

If any songs are DRM protected they will not appear in the player. I have this issue with some of my old iTunes music.
