Problem's with SD and USB

My Win 10 PC doesn't recognise my SD cards and USB in the port's. What do I do please?

have you checked in the device manager to see if you have any trouble? also if this is a new win10 install then make sure you install the correct drivers and there is no exclamation mark beside any devices
