Problems with WhatsApp

Just 15 minutes ago I tried starting WhatsApp and it didn't start .. I was stuck on the "loading" screen .. I uninstalled it and when I'm reinstalling the app it didn't install .. It fully downloaded but when installing it fails every time .. Did a soft reset but didn't help .. Any ideas ??

What happens when you install it? Error codes would be helpful if there any.

I downloaded it on the SD card but when I'm installing it, guess what ! Still the same problem :'(

WhatsApp won't allow installation on as SD card. Try installing it on the phone
