Project Spark, does it still works today?

While searching games for my 6 year old daugther, I installed Minecraft, Lego Worlds, Roblox, Rime and others

But what I really want, for her and me, is Project Spark

There are packed disk for sale and I'm tempted to buy one

My question is, does it still works today? I know you can't save to cloud anymore, but what about saving in Xbox One console disk?

Else, can you recommend something similar? Something you can create stuff
