Is ProShot producing an error message or does it just crash? I am not sure what could be causing the issue, but re-installing should fix it:

Nokia camera has much cleaner UI. other ones have cluttered it with all kind of....things

So I've tried several burst mode apps, and none seem to do any better than simply taking 1080 video, and getting a still frame from that using Movie Maker. 1080 is ~2MP, which seems to be the burst resolution for most apps. This way I get 30 frames a second, so I *definitely* get the babies smile.

the problem with nokia cam (in burst mode), it doesnt support flash so when youre shooting indoors, the live view tends to be dark
