Push notifications dead

So after I did a hard reset i stopped getting the push notifications. Doesn't work for anything, I mean anything. Neither for Messenger, messaging, Facebook, Viber etc. Very frustrating. I'm not using the battery saver nor I have turned off notifications in settings.

Solved, somebody lock, delete, or whatever.
