If you could go into fantasy land and have any sort of phone, what would you have? That is by putting a phone together from bits and pieces from all manufacturers, including upcoming releases. This is mine.

Firstly, I absolutely love the blocky look of the upcoming Lumia 930 and it's slim profile. I would start with that and put the 41 MP camera hump of the L1020 in the back. With polycarbonate yellow as the 1020 offered.

32GB internal storage, up to 128GB SD card storage.

The accessory feature of the dot matrix case of the HTC M8.

The anticipated and rumored octacore chip of the upcoming LG G3. 2 quad core chips, lesser power chips handling lighter tasks and larger power chips handling larger tasks. That sounds like one hell of a processing package.

3400mAh battery of the L1520. With the super quick charging feature of the upcoming OPPO Find 7. Plus the super cool "skyline" notification feature of the Find 7.

This would be my dream phone package. What would be yours?

This is probably going to be the weirdest and craziest phone idea that will be on this thread but, . . .
Start with Surface Pro 2,
- Add hardware needed for cellular data, texting, and calling.
- Front-Facing Speakers
- Bluetooth earbuds placed in a space similar to a laptop stylus holder except on the front of the tablet; earbuds would have some sort of material that prevents earwax from sticking to them.
- Replace i5 processor with i7.
- 8 GB of RAM instead of 4 GB.

?Transparent Touchscreen Cover:
- Usable when folded on top of the Surface's touchscreen.
- When in laptop mode, a keyboard is displayed on the touchscreen for use as a Touch Cover.
- Made of glass strong enough to withstand being moved/rotated on a hinge with as much force as any current Surface cover.

Smartwatch accessory with:
- Curved 3x5 cm 720p touchscreen.
- 41 MP camera that pops out when taking pictures or video.
- Speakers
- Uses only Bluetooth to receive, transmit, and display information when in range of a device.
- Takes a system image of the Surface when almost out of range to enable use of smartwatch as a regular phone.

Dude, I said to imagine a dream phone and let your imagination go wild. I didn't say take some LSD and astral project into the future, hahahaha. I particularly like the smartwatch with the 41MP camera - trippy.

1020 camera with optical zoom and 500 frames per second video recording, dual lens camera front and back for focus and 3d gestures, monster battery with bioorganic nanochrystal recharge in 16 seconds (real), octacore processor, and an ultra-tough screen and body the size of the 1520.

Hmmm........interesting and honest reply.

My ideal phone isn't out of this world crazy.

I'd take an Icon / 930, put the 41 MP sensor from the 1020. I don't like the hump of the camera on the back of the 1020, so I'd push the back of the phone to fit flush with the camera. If that would make the phone ridiculously thick, it can taper out, it doesn't have to have a square profile. Either way, that will give plenty of room inside for a large capacity battery and the Qi charging coil.

I definitely want the Qi built in without a snap on accessory. It would have 32 GB of storage onboard, and a microSD slot. The SoC and other specs are fine from the Icon, but I need at&t LTE support.

Mine would come in 930 orange!

It'd be awesome if there were a 5.75" (between 1520 & 1020 size) with a 41 MP or greater camera with tech specifications as good as or better than the 1520's - so it could work with WP 8.1.
