I have posted the last year Pwn2Own hacking contest result and I have not found any thread on this year so I amposting this.
Below are the found vulnerabilities
2016:
Microsoft Windows: 6
Apple OS X: 5
Adobe Flash: 4
Apple Safari: 3
Microsoft Edge: 2
Google Chrome: 1
Windows is still the most vulnerable among all however browser improved a lot compare to last year. Last year IE11 has 4 vulnerabilities but this year only 2 vulnerabilities found in Edge.
This year isn't good for Apple. Safari gone worse, this year 3 vulnerabilities exploited compare to 2 last year.
Google Chrome is the most secure browser. Out of 2 attacks 1 attack failed and other was partially successful where as 3 attempts were made on Safari and 2 on Edge and all attacks were successful.
This year hacker have earned $460,000 from this.
