[Q] Should ask for replacement with a Mura Effect Screen???

My new Lumia 1020 has Mura Effect (showing terrible black lines in night with a grey screen)

Could you please show me that if this defect is serious and if I should request for a replacement?

If you have warranty and are not satisfied, then it is acceptable to request a replacement device.
