Question about alarms and setting up a "quiet time"?

I recently migrated from a Treo 650 and love the tilt. However I do have one question I can't seem to figure out. Is there a way to setup the audible notices for things like email to automatically switch to "quiet mode" during set hours? On the treo this was easy to do. Problem is I have added the Blackberry Connect and when I get email in the middle of the night the phone beeps. I could turn it off but I like the beep during the day.

Any advice?

Sorry no answer but just in case anyone is listening I too would love that option. Hate being woke up at 3am to be notified of emails
