Question about Battery Saver.

Hey, so I want to keep my battery running for as long as I can, so I went into settings and I had and option called, Always ( not recommended ) why is that?

always, is well, always on, except when you're chargig. it stops ALL background processes. its nit recommended because you won't get any live tile/background updates. that's all
