question about six guns.

HI all ,
i am downloading six-guns . but i have a question.
six guns is also available in android store, ios store , windows 8 store.
so are these connected with each other?
means if i host a server from my wp phone then android, ios , pc users are also able to connect to that server ?

in multiplayer mode we have to options , connect to a server which anyone other has hosted or we can host our own server in which other online players can connect and play with us.
