Question On Custom Built Cases

I did a search on this forum and couldn't find an answer so I thought I would start a new thread.

Anyways I recently switched from Android to Windows Phone and have completely been enjoying the ride, I could not go back to Android no matter the phone and I refuse to use iTunes so to my point.....I love the Focus but I wish it had a sturdier build (I admire Apple products for their build). Has anyone ever thought about milling a custom aluminum case for the Samsung Focus? I am talking completely custom, not a case a completely new shell that would house the phones internals.

Really, the only flimsy part is the battery door. Shouldn't be too hard. The problem is probably the snap-in tabs.
