Question regarding app purchases on Windows Phone.

If I were to download an app in a selected region, do I have to purchase it again if I switch to another region in the settings?

Example: I purchase an app for a dollar in Singapore's WP Store. If I switched to US in the regional settings, do I have to pay again for the same app if I were to download it again?

No. You will have access to the app as long as the app is available in both markets.
