Is there anyway to download a customized set of icons to replace the one's on the lumia 920? The original one's are awesome but just wondering if that is possible. Also how would you go about changing the theme to custom also?

I don't think its possible. One of the things I'm going to miss about android.

It isn't possible. Windows Phone sacrifices some flexibility/configurability in exchange for consistency and reliability.

No, unlike Android, you are protected from your own lack of taste with the Windows Phone UI.
