Questions for Duo Owners

I'm honestly obsessed with my Duo. The camera isn't good. And the software continues to improve. But I just love the hardware.

How have the latest updates fared? I’m getting ready to dust off my Duo for another tour of duty but the screen freezes have to be resolved before I can relegate it to daily driver status.

For the duo owners, especially the 1st gen. How prevalent is the “Green Screen / Green Flicker” issue. I really want to try it out but don’t want to waste my money if I’m just going to have to continue shipping it back to Microsoft

I wonder if the last batch changed? I have one, and SD2, and I prefer the SD1. No issues really, only software. Feels solid, lays flat. I don’t need camera or NFC. You will want slim pen 3 and newest charger.

Hoping updates to Microsoft Launcher over next months improves on issues.

Got the Duo OG, albeit, have had it for only 4 days now. Nothing in terms of SW bug or flickering screen. Had a 2+GB update on the first day. Loving this thing.

Just recently I had the left side of my screen start flickering. It wasn't green and affected the whole screen. Microsoft replaced it in a little over a week. No idea what caused it because it wasn't dropped. It does make me a little worried that it might happen again once the warranty runs out.
