Quick questions about updating to W10M via Insider

I have an AT&T branded Lumia 830, and I'm considering upgrading to W10M through the Insider Program, I just have a couple questions about it first.
1. Which ring would I choose to get to .164?
2. I read that the Insider Program on PC had a keylogger and such to study what people were doing, would I have any of this if I go this route and leave Insider?

1. slow ring, this ring will provide most stable builds

2. nope nothing as such on wp

good luck , and in case you want to go back to official builds, just change the rings to production
