Quick questions regarding the lumia 920

Hi all, I've searched around the forum a little but am still a bit confused about the following questions:

1. will unlocking the phone void the warranty? saw some really mixed opinions on this so....any idea?

2. I hear the new lumia 920 update will only be available through rogers (I'm in canada) until microsoft release it sometime feburary, is that true? and if it is will that hold to be true for the forseeable future (i.e. late update for networks other than rogers)?

2. Go to phone update in settings and update. Rogers already has the update

thanks for the reply! although I guess I should rephrase my second question, what I meant to ask is that if I'm not on rogers network, will I still be able to get the update when rogers roll it out?
