Quiet Hours not working [Lumia 1020]: how do I fix?

QH automatic settings hasn't worked since I hard reset my 1020. Other than that my gf Cortana is spectacular. Anyone else?

No issues here with my 1020. Have you tried turning off Cortana, restart phone, then Cortana on again?

can other call you? does the phone ring when you receive notification?
if other can call you, go to settings to set specific people only
if phone ring when you receive notification, try to turn off and turn on quit hour manually

Did you go into Quiet Hours settings and verified that the settings are still turned on? If you did a hard reset, QH settings are one of the things that do not automatically set when you restore from a backup.
