Quiet hours

Anyone else having trouble with Quiet Hours? I've got mine set up to start at 10:00pm and end at 8:00am every day, but it doesn't automatically start.

I have a Lumia 930 with Win10M, Quiet Hours is a bit intermittent, sometimes it comes on, other times it doesn't. I would say that maybe two or three times per week, it doesn't kick in.

My quiet hours turns on properly but does not turn off at the right time sometimes. Then I either need to turn it off manually, or it goes off on its own once I unlock the phone and start using it. This is on a 930 with WM10 (.36 build).

I have had some problems with it also - in fact under the slide down menu it often shows up as 'disabled' regardless if it is turned on (highlighted) or turned off (not highlighted).

I think it is linked in some way to allowing location services through Cortana - i.e. if location settings in Cortana are disabled then it wont work effectively. I suspect this has something to do with setting /reading actual time depending on which time zone you are in so quiet hrs can adjust accordingly (?)

Similar issue. Seems to be on but apps such as "messenger" are not silenced during quiet time.

Here's what I've found, at least on my phone. If I do a soft reset during the day, my quiet hours work as expected. If I haven't done a soft reset, the feature doesn't turn on. So I've gotten in the habit of shutting my phone off every day at least once. Pain, but at least it enabled the feature.

I've found that it quite hours does not turn off sometimes in the morning. And I cannot switch it off manually, so I have to restart the phone for it to switch off. I gave a 735 on update 2 win 8.1.

I have the same issue it only turns on every other day.

Maybe a dumb question will your alarm ring during quiet hours? Don't want to take the chance that an alarm might not work.

Same problem here. Quiet hours don't kick in automatically, only if I go in the settings and switch off/on the automatic rules. Weird no one from MS noticed this bug yet.
