Random shutdowns since last update?

The Icon is a nice phone. My contract was up last week. If it wasn't for Verizon's shotty support for the device, I may have gone the same route as you. But alas, I'll wait for a new device and hope it's out for Verizon and that they don't do it like they did the Icon.
