Raspberry pi or other boards running windows 10.

I know that raspberry pi and some other boards have windows 10 iot core. After seeing the new flagships run full windows (kinda) with an arm soc I got an idea. The coding for the continuum.os would be in windows 10 . So is it possible for anyone to extract that and use it in the rasp pi or some board with 2 gig of ram? I thought 2 gig would be enough because full windows can run on 2 gigs.
