Went to AT&T to exchange the phone. New ne will be here this week.
There were 11 paple waiting in line when I got there, 7 of them had 920 troubles, one was a 900. Probelms ranges from the rattle to speakers sounding bad to caved in volume button.

sounds like a cheap POS when an email comes in and it vibrates...but so did the 900 so par for the course.

inteller: yeah, you need to exchange that. Mine sounded perfectly normal .
