Realarm Does Three Notifications For Each Alarm

I assume this is a Windows 10 Mobile issue, but Realarm is presenting three notifications for alarms.
It sounds once (and stops sounding after dismissing the first notification), but I have to hit the Dismiss button three times (1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3).
Is this happening for anyone else?
I'm using Mobile build 10586.

FYI...
I turned the alarms off, over the Thanksgiving holidays, and it hasn't been an issue, since.
One notification, for each alarm.
