Reboot loop

Phone buzzes, HTC logo pops up, phone shuts off. Buzzes again, logo pops up, dies. Repeat ad nauseum. Was browsing the web when this started.

Very annoying because I can't remove the battery to make it stop.

Tried hard reset (the really ******** button combination), doesn't work. Tried holding volume down + camera + power, get a white screen, then reboots. Are there any other recovery tricks before I take this back to Verizon? Very frustrating especially since I just got this phone replaced last week for a camera issue.

I would like to know this as well. The neon yellow 8X is very tempting...

There have been posts. But it's technology, there will always be a dud. Alot of people love their 8X and have no problems, few experience these problems.

I am having the same problem with my htc 8s what did u do abouct the reboot loop did u get a new one?
