Received Replacement Dell Venue PRo

My first Venue Pro (ATT) crashed on me and I have finally been sent a new venue pro. My question is whether it is possible to upload my previous setting and programs from my previous venue pro from windows live or do I need to start all over?

If you login with the live id you used previously all your old programs will auto install if they were installed via the desktop Zune software and any others you installed from the MP on the phone will have to be installed manually. You wont be charged again for them, however none of your previous settings will be restored, you will have to set everything up again.
