When you have all called for a replacement did you call att or nokia?? Also if you called att was it within 14 days of purchase? My brother got a 920 when they came out and now the flash doesn't work. I'd like to know how he can get a replacement since he is out of the 14 day return window.
Within 14 days of purchase : It is basically a satisfaction time period, you can return it(For a restocking fee of course), you can have it replaced or whatever you like within 14 days, with very few questions asked.
After 14 days of purchase : You fall under the warranty program.
Go online to ATT's website and chat with the warranty department, OR Have him call the ATT warranty department. Easy.
As far as the actual replacement? Within your 14 day window you'll get a brand new device. After that it would most likely be repaired/refurbished. However, I was sent a brand new one after two Refurbished devices. Probably because they just wanted to clear it all up the best. IDK.
I'm a die hard Windows Phone kinda guy. But this process really tested my loyalty. I'll be switching to a different OS if Nokia can't give me a solid product.
