Recording voicemail to phone/computer

Hey guys, I wanted to know if there was an app (Windows Phone 8.1) or program (Windows 7), preferably free, that I could use to record voicemail locally. I plan on switching carriers soon and there are some voicemails I would like to save.

If you have one of the phones that can record phone calls natively you could call your voice mail and record the call.
If you don't... Maybe connect your phone's audio to a computer input and use a recording program in your computer to achieve the same. (e.g. Audacity).

I have a Lumia 928. I did a quick search, and unless I'm mistaken, I don't have that function on my phone. I will look into your second suggestion tho.
