Refund?

I was browsing using the browser based store on my PC and meant to download a trial of an app and accidentally bought it. I haven't even launched it and would like a refund. On the support site for Windows Phone there is no way I can find to contact a real person. Anyone know how to request a refund?

I know that this is an old post. But this question hasn't been answered and I would like to know how to get refunds too?
I've been digging the web for this but I only get those Instructions but they seem aoutdated:

ive been refunded before but its an exception.

all apps/games clearly have a BIG warning that pops up saying NO REFUNDS before you buy it.

but if you call MS's customer service ( same as the Xbox360 CS) they can credit your account IF they want.
