Are refurbished xbox ones any good or is it not worth the discount and should i just buy a new one. Its about $100 difference.

Just wanted to get feedback from refurbished unit owners out there.

THanks.

Hey bud, I bought my Xbox one refurbished and haven't had any issues with it. I have had it for a little over 2 years now. Mine was the Xbox one with Kinect 500Gb.

If you're buying it from Microsoft or a reputable dealer go for it. You'll get a warranty as usual and save yourself some cash.

I'm not in America so have only heard of Best Buy so can't properly comment.
However, if there's a store nearby I'd go with that, just really for the fact if you need to take it back it's a lot easier than posting it.

Hey! I'd buy from whoever has the longer return policy. Best Buy is 14 or 15 days now. That way you could exchange for a new unit if something is off. Don't know if you are still looking but I was looking at a deal over at dell. You get a game and a $100 dell gift card, may make it comparable to the refurb price. The bad thing is the $100 gift card expires a about a month after they issue it, but you could buy some accessories or a couple of games. Looks like it ends tomorrow.

This was the one I was looking at:
Xbox One 500 GB Console - Pick One Game: Rare Replay, Gears of War Ultimate, Forza 6, OR Rise of the Tombraider

thanks for the tips! might end up getting one from best buy. Is there an extended warranty i can get from Microsoft store for a refurb?

Theres an offer on woot right now. Can i still get extended warranty from Microsoft if i buy it from WOot?
