Regarding "Store" Updates

Hello.

This might not sound important, but since this is the first time when I open "Store" and see "10 updates" listed, have a few doubts about it and request some help.

First, in order, I present the screen shots



1. Should I tap "Update all" without any loss of saved files (e.g. PDF files in Adobe, Songs in Nokia Music Library, etc.)??
2. The updates also list WP Software updates, namely, access point + network+ Storage Check + accessories + touch + call + sms filter + extras info.
Right away, updating them is no issue, but my only fear is they should not bring the phone something bad issues, etc. So, can I update them as well with no worries?

I've always updated whenever I've seen updates are available, and I haven't experienced any problems.

Update apps they will do no harm. Infact, i love updating apps as they bring more features or make apps stable.
