Remix OS (Android) on Surface 3

I recently tried this on my Surface 3 (4gb/128gb). Android x86. ALMOST everything worked perfectly. In fact it took me nearly a half hour to realize that there wasn't any sound. Touch screen, keyboard cover/trackpad (didn't test the pen), all worked perfectly, and was just as swift as my Galaxy Tab S 10.5.
Come to think of it, the sound is the only thing that didn't work in ChromeOS too. Something proprietary with the Cherry Trail audio??
